Try The Solo Plan

With the solo plan, each student gets to work one-on-one with a mentor who’s fully focused on them and their project. It’s not about rushing through steps or competing for attention — it’s about having someone there to listen, guide, and help bring their unique science fair idea to life. Whether it’s picking the right topic, running experiments, or polishing up the presentation, the mentor is there every step of the way, making the process less stressful and a lot more exciting.

This one-on-one time gives students the chance to ask questions freely, explore their own ideas deeply, and move at their own pace. It’s a personal experience that helps them feel confident in what they’re creating and proud of the work they’ve done. More than just finishing a project, the solo plan is about building a connection, sparking curiosity, and showing students that their ideas matter.

Deliverables we give you

A Project They Can Be Proud Of
We help each student pick an idea that excites them, fits their grade level, and can actually be completed — no last-minute panic projects.

  1. Step-by-Step Guidance
From forming a hypothesis to planning experiments, students won’t feel lost. We walk them through every step so they understand why things work, not just how.

  2. Hands-On Experiment Time
Kids actually get to test, build, and explore — not just read about it. Mistakes and “failed” experiments are celebrated as part of the learning process.

  3. A Place to Keep Their Ideas
Each student keeps a science journal where they can doodle, write, and track their discoveries. It becomes their personal record of the journey.

  4. Help Turning Notes Into a Real Report
Reports can feel overwhelming, so we break it down into simple pieces. Students learn how to explain their work clearly and confidently in their own words.

  5. An Impressive Display Board
No boring cardboard! We guide students in making a board that’s eye-catching, neat, and professional — something they’ll be proud to stand beside on fair day.

  6. Confidence in Speaking
Presenting can be scary — but with practice, kids learn to talk about their project, answer questions, and share their excitement with others.

  7. Encouragement All the Way
Our tutors cheer students on, give positive feedback, and help them push through when they get stuck. No one feels like they’re “on their own.”

  8. A Finished Science Fair Package
By the end, students walk away with:

    • A completed project & display board

    • A written report they understand

    • A journal full of notes and ideas

    • The confidence to present it proudly

  9. Memories & Skills That Last
Beyond the fair, students learn problem-solving, organization, and curiosity — skills they’ll carry into school (and life).
